Night fell at Havasupai Campground. The elongated campground stretched far along the shallow Havasu Creek through a narrow section of the canyon felt cozier. As our visibility dropped, the sea of stars in the sky started glittering through the canyon window. The tall trees created wonderful shelters like canopies. It was late September, we were no longer in the company of frogs singing non-stop. I missed their pleasant music.
