After the ceremony, we had Dylan and Megan sit on a bench and the groomsmen and bridesmaids gather around them under this giant, gorgeous Pink Trumpet Tree. Thanks to the rain, a lot of flower petals down on the ground, creating an illusion of an orange and pink flower bed. When I told them that it was time to goof around, they didn’t hesitate for a sec. They were just a bunch having a great time, regardless of rain.
Before the wedding ceremony, I led Dylan and the boys away from the tent for photo ops, since we had a bit of time. The rose garden wasn’t yet colorful with blossoming roses, so I opted for this smaller garden where a tall cool tree and a small bridge over a little stream surrounded by all kinds of flowers made a nice scene. It sprinkled throughout the event but didn’t dampen the spirit! The groom was the happiest man in the world.
